Mt. Auburn GAC is a supportive housing outreach center located in downtown Cleveland that offers supportive services to the seniors who reside there. Each month, our residents also receive a calendar of events for the King Kennedy GAC so that they have access to the Recreation and Socialization activities and programs offered at their location.
Supportive Services
Everyone who lives at our center has access to individual counseling in a variety of areas assisting him or her to remain and thrive in their neighborhood. Counseling is available by appointment. Some areas of counseling include:
- Resources for independent living
- Assisting in consumer knowledge
- Screening for public benefits, assistance in completing documents, enrollment in benefit programs
- Financial, housing, and family support issues
